Coventry Climax transmission solenoid

Hi,
I'm not a farmer, but run a small sawmill near Edinburgh.
We've got a Coventry Climax TT 2.5 forklift.

The forward transmission solenoid has gone, it's with our local agri-mechanic who is going to see if he can repair it.

In case he can't, would anyone be able to suggest where I might get a replacement.
The transmission is a Borg Warner 1349 011. The solenoid itself had the number 2302 on it.

Cheers,
Andrew

Recently sold one of each of these for a borg warner box which look something similar to yours. Might be what your after? will need to do some investigating on your gearbox numbers as the number 2303 isnt long enough to be a borg warner number so isnt of any use.

Let me know if you want me to spend time looking or if you are sorted

Hi,
Our mechanic managed to re solder the solenoid, so it is currently working. The pictures above do look like the solenoids in the transmission though.
I'd say leave it for now, but at least I know where to come if (when) I do need parts!!
Next job is to replace the starter motor on our mla628!!

Now manitou is more my cup of tea😉 You want a genuine iskra mahle 3.2kw starter for the MLA, anything else is a waste of money.

I have one in stock if you want it sending.
