Why ?
I paid exactly what they were advertised for .... I was the second to ring ,the first only wanted the heifer but she wanted them to stay together . .... I explained that bulls and heifer calves couldn't stay together much longer .
£16 a bale for Barley straw delivered would be seen by most as reasonable !
As above post ...I don't shout out at market if I buy a bargain " they are worth £100 more so I will pay it .
...and I very kindly relieved her of a cup of coffee and a lovely piece of fruit cake .
Yes I'll give you £16 a bale delivered and you can bring more than 3

Grain drying. Spread it thin on a sheet and you lose 2% moisture in 3 hours.
Obviously you shouldn't drive on it or have a Dog lie on it. The buyer wanted to do it. It's a bit of a clat but we just supply the forklift.

So if climate change makes UK summers hot enough that we can dry grain that way here, will Greta T be happy that we can stop using fossil fuel to dry it?
