Have watched a couple of his videos now. Can’t see why people are getting upset about him. Good luck to him. jealously is a terrible thing.
what I don’t understand though is how farmers let cows get so bad in the for place. I know we are only seeing the worst but goodness me one or two of those Holsteins had been lame a fair while in my estimation.
Yes same here. Best of luck to him.
Good feet would be boring to watch though.

I do like the hoof GP's videos I must admit. There is something therapeutic or even hypnotic with watching him work and carefully shape the feet as he does. A man who takes pride in every thing he does and obviously has a lot of skill.

I must say though, if I was a farmer, I would be ashamed to ever present some of those animals to the man and I'd feel even worse knowing they would be put on telly and in the public eye. Some of those feet are an outright disgrace to the industry and you should all be condemning it the same.

I'd quite happily watch him trim normally lame cows because he does do a good job and I have picked up lots of little things from watching him but unfortunately agree with you 100% about the second part.

Absolutely correct.

The background here is that 'Farmingtrade' is someone not involved in farming, intentionally assasinating the Hoof GP's character and reputation by making unfounded defamatory claims.
They don't know each other, have never met and have no professional relationship at all.

'Farmingtrade' is an Internet troll attempting to blackmail the Hoof GP.

When you consider The HGP has 370 million views I find it incredible that a select few are so vociferous in their negative comments of the HGP. Any sensible person would have to question their motives and logically they'd reach the decision that they have something to gain from these long threads of doing the guy down as they sit there in pyjamas behind their keyboards.

I came across this thread after googling the HGP and could not keep quiet.

I guess with great success these trolls are inevitable.

The HGP's passion for his trade is clear for all to see and I for one commend him for all he does.
Welcome too the farming forum the hoofgp 😂

Seems to me that the world gets excited over finding a cure/solution for problems/situations that we've created.
Haven't needed to foot trim any of our shorthorns for the 80 years they've been here
Pure Shorthorns? Ours are dairy Shorthorns and were having terrible trouble with lameness

Less than 1 a month, well done on near zero lameness
Thank you. It’s been a tough process and undeniably its cost a lot in terms of concrete, trimming (my time) and formalin to get us where we are but now we are on tick over.
I will still trim the lot before drying off but the times of doing 6 a day every day just to improve the situation and get on top of what was a systematic issue are now behind us hopefully.
