New nixon 3 phase power washer how to get boiler to work?

On mine there are two positions on the on off switch , first clic is cold second is hot .

Ye same on mine position 1 and position 2 both will blow cold water threw but boiler won't fire up on either position.

Could just be that it hasn’t pumped its way through to the burner yet. How long did you run it for?

there is a pressure switch, if you have no nozzle on it and not enough pressure the boiler will not fire.

2 is for heat, might take a short while for fuel to get to burner on first start up, you should hear the fuel pump running all the time on position 2 even if you have not pulled the trigger on the lance.

Single or 3 phase? If 3 phase make sure you have a neutral as it needs 240 for burner? Also check motor rotation direction

Ther is fuel in tank. Can't hear fuel pump running had it running for 10 minutes.

You are missing a wire in your 3 phase electric. If I use my extension reel which has 4 wires mine will only run cold but as soon as I plug directly into the main socket the boiler fires up perfectly.

Hi all sorted now was missing a wire. Makes the job easier with a bit of hot water.

Three phase 3000 psi 10 hp 80 Celsius cracking washer. Would recommend one.

Is the backup from Nixon any better these days? My 3 phase is about 10 years old now and burner stopped working at about 6 months old, lady in the office basically told me to bugger off

There will not be much wrong with it,,,,have a little look in the switch at front of machine probably a wire out eg the neutralIs the backup from Nixon any better these days? Control box for the burner fried on mine. Nixons couldn't get one as they fit a different type now. Bought 2 from Spain for less than one from Nixons.Is the backup from Nixon any better these days? I ran mine hot wired for a bit till I got a new unit, just had to keep her going when on hot as the burner won't stop at all when switched to 2.
