There's also the likelihood of long term effects - even the liquid used to carry the vaccine and the vaccine itself both have effects.
I find it quite challenging to create a need to get our young lads "protected" at the moment - it would be no more authentic than if I tried to tell them our cows pose more of a threat to chances of a long life than our cars do - I can't, and won't, instill them with fear of life

Still a very difficult decision to make.

Of course a lot of young people have already had the virus anyway and may not even know they had it.

I don't agree.

The pretense someone who has a peice of paper is going to put your health above anything else is wrong.

I'd also point out that Doctors and Consultants disagree - on treatment and the method of treating.

The only person you can rely on is yourself.
You are basing your theory on gut feeling with no medical or virological knowledge or formal training , trying to belittle those with a PhD in medicine or virology and thinking you know better makes you come across as a bit of a nut job, and rightly so in my opinion.

Eh? I’m just a bit sceptical that’s all, the vaccine really doesn’t seem that great, don’t think it makes me a bad person, I am a bit worried tho that this puts your bladder at risk of exploding.
No vaccine is 100%.

IIRC the malaria vaccine is only around 50% effective!

Current evidence is that the various Covid vaccines are amongst the better performers. They are definitely not perfect though.

Yes, one of the things that COVID has made me realise is how badly immunity/vaccines must have been taught at school. I's been on the GCSE curriculum since forever, as far as I know.

I'm basing what I say on my experience and my families experience of the NHS, Doctors and Consultants.

What you have said just proves my points.

Lookup medical mispractice, there's millions of people who have suffered, £Billions paid out every year, regardless of what you think.

Regardless of the qualifications of a Consultant, Nurse, Doctor or indeed anything else - everyone has to make a judgement call about their own health care.

It's difficult - it took me 5 years to move from one Consultant to another one who finally operated.

I'm sure the first Consultant had great bits of paper - not that it did me any good.

So the doctors get it wrong .01% of the time, so they are all useless and worthless and shysters! Is that what you’re saying?
