I ordered 52t of urea at a good price earlier on, normally 26 ton bags on an artic all the years I have been buying urea. 24t on a lorry this time???
My 4t will come!

Would everyone that has there fertiliser bought and delivered, would they have normally been sorted at this time in previous years? (Asking for a "friend" that hasn't bought and is hoping for price drop a before april)

But in fairness all my AN turned up this week, in full. But then again I was clever enough to ignore the early prices
I'd imagine somewhere between £10 - £15/mt considering the cost of bags and the bagging operation? Bulk is likely more environmentally friendly too; no bags to dispose of and less energy consumed in the process.

everything delivered here but would always have bought some in july i cant see any price drop before july and then not much huge amount of winter barley sowed needs a lot of fertiliser

I had a load delivered last week with a weight ticket stapled to the delivery note, weigh ticket said 28160kgs, delivery note says 47 x 600kg bags, 28.2T. Will wait and see what is on the invoice, think I can guess!

Bought a new weigh cell spreader and his blends from a certain company all came up short by a few kgs per bag. He double checked the spreader and then cross referenced the bags using a borrowed weigh scales and sure enough it was the same. He'd dealt with that company for years so god knows how much he'd been done out of over the years.

Ourselves included. Allowing for the bags, fertiliser always comes in bang on weight on the bridge, given that it's calibrated to 50t in 20kg increments.
