Some nice sets there no lego for me this Christmas a little full just now the Family collection as you can see. But I have been busy rebuilding my Westfield kit car I crashed at the
track a few months ago and needed a new chassis, I made my own wiring loam and its taken months but the end is in site and the car should be finished soon.
I will start a build page for it soon there is way to much to spoil this lego one

If your referring to the canvas on the wall, well spotted :D
I spotted the engine on the wall but don't know what it actually is?

You guys must have way cooler wives than mine, there is no chance in hell I'd get to buy, build, let alone display any of those big sets of lego.
As for a canvas of a V8 engine, well even suggesting that would be a big no!!

Hugely impressive Lego collection and display! I’d like a caterham thread also if you did one. :)

The canvas and Lego reside in my part of the house. My own big boys toy box :D

The engine is the incredible BMW M S65 4.0 V8 which also sits below it in real life :)

Has anyone been watching the new series of Lego Masters Australia?

There’s some serious building talent on that program, I’ve not seen series one but going to try and find it. the speed they build at and the details are amazing!

"My part of the house" and that car!!!
Confirmed that your wife must be way cooler than mine!!

The Beemer V8 is a piece of engineering indeed.

If you ever get the chance, the BMW factory and museum in Munich is well worth a visit, think its got more sections than when I visited many years ago, still one of the highlights of being in Bavaria.

Very nice and health to enjoy!

Finished my 6wd 4ws monster truck build, quite a nice project, not as complicated as the lorry but good fun.

Worst bit is painting the cover and doing the stickers, I’ve no artistic skill and zero patience for anything even nearly arty it turns out.

Best bit is the driving of it, it’s a beast, totally different to any of the pre-assembled ones the boys get. A bit quick for them yet so guess I’d better be in charge……….had it up over jumps, can outpace and outmanoeuvre children with ease, so it saves taking them for a walk.

Now have an RC fleet of 2 vehicles, maybe a plane next year 🤔

That does look a beast, paint job looks spot on as well 👍🏼. That’s the trouble with rc and Lego, they’re both so addictive! Unfortunately I have an addiction for both 🤦🏻‍♂️ may actually need to see a therapist 😂.
Beware the flying stuff is even more addictive and has a much bigger price tag, actually makes the most expensive Lego look cheap 😳.

🤦🏻‍♂️ tell me about it, my trucks the cheapest vehicle in this picture 🤣

Wow, are you planning invading somewhere with all them?😆

I’ve had a couple of the cheapy polystyrene helicopters and planes and really enjoyed them, but the helicopters were purely indoor/shed and the plane controls used to lock out if it went out of range. Young lad chased it for 1/4 mile over tattie drills a few yr ago with me chasing after him shouting to keep to the wheelings🥵

another one that intrigues me is the tanks, but they’re ££££. Or boats. Son thinks a submarine would be fun or an aircraft carrier with real planes……….. 😵💫
