How does it work with tax, surely they are not all self employed? Cant believe you can get that number of staff for two hours for £20, do they get a free veg pack to or anything, it would barely cover fuel and washing their clothes after, you must be expecting a massive labour cost increase soon.
They all invoice us for their hours, then they’re responsible for declaring it if it’s appropriate. Obviously for the ones at school and college it’s less of an issue. My stepdaughter is an HR manager so we’ve checked it’s all correct.
They usually do 3-4 hours at a time. On this occasion they’d picked what we needed by 11 then carried on for Wednesdays delivery.

Sunday and today has been mostly this

Spent far to many hours finding this, was causing the heating system to pulse, pulled all the wiring apart from the fused spur thinking it was a controls issue. That’s one for the memory bank 🙈

We use a Laser on our trenchless draining machine it is fully automated moving the hydraulics keeping the machine on grade, I have mounted a receiver on one of digger buckets and just as you do I watch the lights from the seat find it great doing finished levels.

Funnily enough it was his first day! Have to laugh at the clothing some of them turn up in. Even some of the regulars don’t wear wellies or waterproofs. 1 of the women was refused entry onto the bus the other day to go home because her clothes were so muddy.
at least there willing to work for a living!! Better than a vast amount of the uk population😅
