Was the drill dearer than the combine?
No I got it and a six row interrow rotavator for the same money as the combine. The drill is a Gaspardo made in Turkey and as we don't go down any roads it doesn't need any folding mechanisms which would nearly double the price. It's the third I've had and this time I pushed the boat out with a monitor and row cleaners.

Just done our 3rd wheel change since getting ours, like everything there is a knack I advise your smoothest concrete and a long tyre lever to spin the wheel. Definitely a lot easier and safer than wrestling with the buggers, particularly the row crops.
Thanks for information on wheel changer ,i was going to tag Richy12 and ask how he gets on with it ,thinking of getting one myself as i am getting to old to man handle them these days ,what make is yours

I can often change wheels 2-3 times a week and wouldn’t dream of being without it. Mine was courtesy of @REStracTORATION

Thanks, this is a sealey W1200T. Seems plenty strong enough.

Since getting our first tractor with 42 wheels I thought it necessary, they are just brutes compared to a 38
