no one else reporting slow issues and its rapid for me right now
And? It is slow loading for me, your experience is irrelevant, you probably aren't even using the same version of the app! I'm on android, which I note you haven't bothered to ask.

what’s relevant is you are the only one reporting slow loading out of several hundred running the app across both android and apple

I know what you are running btw, don’t need to ask

got app the other day, quite like it, but is there a way you can leave a thread and pick up on the last page when you come back to it. Cheers

not sure to be honest but it does always take me to the last read post when I’m using it

try changing your default view to “what’s new” ?

very few have download or are using the app yet , we haven’t really promoted it

Been using the app a while, but now won’t let me access it even though I’ve paid. Any ideas

maybe your talking about the old app which is no longer supported ? new app is only about 6 months old now

try downloading from. apple or play stores to make sure you have the new app

Ok am officially confused. There is no record of you ever having upgraded to the app. I have just done a manual upgrade for you for the first month. It should then prompt you to renew on the 21st September.

can you dm me or clive when you paid so we can try and trace the bug in the system Please?

but regardless. The app will work for you now.

Thanks chris, I have been paying by Apple Pay and checked this morning. But thanks for getting it going, I find it easier to use
