Did a little bit of wheat into baled oat stubble with the Erth Agriseeder in the Autumn, mid October. Deliberately chose a nice sandy loam field. Looking decent a few days ago, had polysulphate then 50kg N about 10 days ago. Might try a few more acres this year. Something satisfying about the simplicity of it.

Drilling linseed today, trying to dodge heavy showers.
Interesting brackets for the small seeds/slug pellets splash outlets. Are they factory fitted?

I made some splash outlets on a box section mounted off the main frame to add splash plates to my GD, but the whole design of the splash plates needs a bit of improving, if only to get rid of a lot of sharp edges.

Could you take a closer picture of them please.

They're the same brackets they fitted the avadex applicator onto my 3m with.
Only issue I have is the axle bolt isn't really long enough now, I need to source some 3/4 of an inch longer.

Factory fitted. Seem the same as the ones I had on a Mzuri drill and straw rake. Will post a photo, but might not be for a day or so as I’m away tomorrow.

Strip till maize here. This is the second year with the Grange machine. 60kgs N/ha is going into the strips. Will be back in a couple of days with the drill. A two pass system makes a lovely seedbed. 500mm centres with the whole profile being lifted
