Prices are out at least 2 weeks earlier than normal, why?

it's got very little to do with supporting local agriculture; more to do with getting the best return for their business

However, as @Southwestmassive succinctly mentioned above, the UK price is approximately €70/mt cheaper than the equivalent farm delivered price Yara had in France; I suppose you could call that "supporting the UK farmer" after all?
Personally, I'm surprised that anyone would pay a 10-15% premium for nitrogen when they could buy Urea instead

High wheat prices helps them to justify high fert prices?
It's dropped £300/t. The trade experts have been telling us for a number of months we will be lucky if we can even get it!? So order ASAP. It's going to be £1000/t soon. Very much project fear.
Has anyone had any trouble getting Nitrogen?
I don't know, lets see if India buy all their urea from russia then the price may drop a bit?

Speaking to a croissant eater earlier this week, they are already exporting Nitram and a lot of it. Like that guy planet b is saying it makes better returns. Think they drop the Union Jack for that market

it’s €790 CPT Bulk. Means something like €810 in bags. Which, according to my XE currency app means £690
my abacus tells me that £690 is a bigger number than £635
