$942 has that surpassed the money you were receiving during the dought?

that $942 is for cotton
Cotton is marketed in 250 kg bales of processed cotton, so thats what that price represents.
Because cotton is an export commodity, domestic issues rarely affect the price. It’s more about exchange rates & what happens in the US, China etc etc

the $900 is more than I’ve ever seen it.
Highest I’ve ever seen it before was maybe $700 ?
During the 3 / 5 years ( depending where you are ) of extreme heat & dry in the cotton growing areas here a couple of years ago, the price was still generally in the $600’s
