That suspension in just not for me, I have a ge quad trailer and I literally love it, every time I use it I think good it is but I’m not a fan of the rubber suspension.

I might mellow in old age they are super local

I also have run several Graham Edwards after ditching ifor williams, they work hard and have never had an axle problem, I wouldn’t even consider anything else. The only upside of an ifor is the resale value

Surely ease of day to day use is most important thing
I guess so. There's plenty that buy new range rovers, sports, & discoverys that plumit in value and cost a kings ransom inbetween, happily to chop them in for another. Maybe for some a bit of inconvenience is acceptable against high depreciation.
That said if you can afford better then go for it, your only here the once 😁

Perhaps they're not the best trailer then, but they don't loose alot when you sell them either, and generally don't cost a lot in between...
I suppose you can buy better but loose more 🤔
I agree, love them or hate them, they are the go-to brand for farmers. This has ensured a good s/h value, so they must be doing something right.

Is Honda the best quad ? Yes, no ? Certainly has the best s/h value, by a mile.

Is/was Landrover the best 4WD ? Yes, no ? The brand sold like hot cakes, and the s/h value is now through the roof.

It's all about branding.
