New diaphragms I’ve put in have held up. Just over a year old and about 10,000ha of use ones are have nearly all been replaced in the last 3 days. Must of put 40 new ones in. It’s the damage that hasn’t shown up yet that I’m worried about! I’ve gone onto different chemistry and had no problem, back onto inatreq stuff and every time I’ve gone to fill up there’s another nozzle leakingstarted on Saturday, not washed out till today. Just had teb mixed with it. New Amazone sprayer.

Was told I’d get scorch if I tried that, you had any scorch issues?It’s the same but we melt it ourselves. Essentially trying to make something to be taken in by the leaf hence the citric, fulvic etc playing with different rates on different crops to see how it works

Do you think water rates could have a bearing on damage?Either 110l or 125l for me.

No. I’ve been at 180l/ha. In my opinion the chemical is just wearing rubber out quicker. The new diaphragms I put in I never had a problem with… but nearly all the old ones have gone within the space of 3 days. All that happens at higher water rates is the concentration of spray going around the sprayer is less. Be better off not putting it in. Wish I still had mine to do as it would be sent backDo you think water rates could have a bearing on damage?
