Easy to make oatmilk, just soak some rolled oats in water for 24 hrs then strain. It is quite a refreshing drink but is not a substitute for milk.

One of them did a programme on the BBC a year or two back about ultra-processed food. He lived on what is the diet of most people in this country, particularly children and young adults, ultra-processed junk and fast food.
What it did to his body was bad enough, what it did to his brain was truly shocking. The effect on a child’s developing brain and body of such a diet is horrendous.
It would take a year before they’d worked out the implications.

Have just watched the pupils in our secondary school come out of a GCSE exam and head straight across the road to the corner shop for their dinner of fizzy pop and crisps, I would say a good third of them are bordering obese. That school has a burgeoning SEN department, they do great work but you can't help but think that those kids would be in a better place mentally if they ate a healthy diet.
