Time to get clover stitched into every square inch of the farm.

Arrived from Halses. A pleasure to deal with as per normal.

If you do buy a 10ft buckrake for it the first thing you need to do it cut a foot off each side, unless you don’t have any side walls on your pit? Otherwise the only way to roll the sides properly is to keep dropping it off.
There is a difference in drivers and steering wheel attendants... After 21 seasons most of which on the pit. You learn how to roll with a 10ft buckrake, sides and roof

When doing a lot of loader work, do you hitch a front end ,three point linkage weigh frame with weights on to the back end of the tractor to keep the rear end of the tractor firmly on earth the ground.

Mines only a 105c farmall HD but fudge me it’s dangerously light on backend with the stoll loader (Loader does stick well forwards though which is handy)
I filled back tyres with around 800kg of water but it can still get you twitching with a heavy bale on the smallest of bankings

125 is smaller than the 150

Not really. Specs I was looking at shows all the recent Maxxums are the same dimensions just different power ratings. The older ones had short and long wheelbase versions, but the short wheelbase Maxxums now seem to be Luxums or Vestrums I think. The older Maxxums, the 125 was a longer wheelbase version anyway.... so I should think any difference in handling and turning circle would be down to the tyres fitted and the track width and steering stops.

Actually tyres and track width make a big difference. There is a corner on my farm I couldn't get around with my big tractor and tanker. 20mm narrower front and rear tyres and front wheels fetched in a couple of inches and it now goes round :D

Just reverse at an angle towards the wall and work your way up, no need to drop the grab or rake off to do that. tramping the edges by going parallel to the wall is a sure fire way to end up wedged too

Looks smart but I haven't even sat in it yet.
Must be getting old, never thought I'd see the day that a new car doesn't interest me.:unsure:
Same here, the best cars with excitement were made years ago.

Todays generally are ‘meh’.
