Anyone know anywhere I can get doors, or panels for a Leyland 270 ?

Or charnleys.com - both do a panel repair kit for the victor cab and QM doors

'Rattle Cab' doors? ...... Slightly better investment than gold bullion A R.H. one currently listed on Ebay ... Needs a new upper window (same glass as for the QM cab doors). Decent Rattle Cab doors are like hens Teeth ... especially the L.H. ones which were used most / got taken off / run over

I'm lucky then got both door but the left one is a bit rusted out so is it probably better to try weld it

As @X344chap has said, both Charnleys & TractorSpareParts sell weld-in sheet metal repair patches for the doors (mainly the bottom sections), but if you've got some sheet steel of the right thickness .................
