Everyone loves a moan at poor service so I’d like to buck the trend and say what fantastic service I got from @masseybreaker the other week, I phoned regarding two springs to replace the crap suspension system on a 6400 series MF and they arrived next day, just got them fitted this morning with no drama, Thank you Richard.

bw macs for baler parts 👌 suprizing what the small dealers have in their stores ,
many more with good service ,
seems the smaller co,s better than the big multi franchise
The stores at Johnson Bros Fakenham seem to be able to source almost anything, so sad they lost the Case, Krone and JCB franchises over the years after we did a good deal on Case IH with them a few years ago (traded in our Nuffields, Leylands and Marshalls in one hit).

Don't know this company but in general it seems that if the company has a franchise to sell new mainline gear then when they sell the second one of any model there's usually a list of spare parts they are obliged to stock. If that company has multiple depots those parts can be spread round any site but if its a one site business then all the parts are there under one roof. Much better to know where all the bits will be and well worth supporting IMO.

keith has retired ,and mike taken over , still the same superb back up , 👌

Service like that costs them very little and is worth a fortune to the customer. That creates significant loyalty.

Far far better than a free mug, pen or tea and biscuits at a show.
