A 7 tonne/ha crop, where they would usually get an 8 tonne crop and start harvest 15 days later.
He actually says "5.5 to 6.5 or 7" in the video and he describes it as poor. We have had a very dry spring though we have had rain recently it has come to late to save rape and barley which have in some areas burned off. Here we normally cut barley at the end of June though I expect we shall be about ten days early this year and we won't be breaking any records.

Current prediction is that Kansas will will produce 100 million bushels less than average
25% or there about
texas and Oklahoma total production also down

a lot of states of the USA grows wheat mostly for local markets the high temperatures in some states will not be helping yields

the pacific north west grows wheat for export out of Portland

ukraine is not the only wheat producing area that has potential or actual problems

wheat shuts down grain fill once temperatures get above 25 c and will only restart grain fill with a period of darkness combined with lower temperature

hot weather forecast for several European countries from Spain through France to easer Europe
