We have had a very dry spring though we have had rain recently it has come to late to save rape and barley which have in some areas burned off. Here we normally cut barley at the end of June though I expect we shall be about ten days early this year and we won't be breaking any records.A 7 tonne/ha crop, where they would usually get an 8 tonne crop and start harvest 15 days later.
