I suspect a person with a clipboard will have an opinion on it...whats gonna happen like
whats gonna happen like
Talking to a fellow farmer around here and was oblivious to it all? They will prosecute you for failing to register, using the details you’ve supplied to them by registering.
I can’t get the form from the site to be able to fill it in.
Lots and lots I suspect, it should have been a formal letter and a paper form, it shouldn't be relying on social media as has been mentioned by @e3120.Talking to a fellow farmer around here and was oblivious to it all?
He said "he only grows corn to feed his animals ",so nothing applies???
Same reply when asked about NRoSO etc.
Same answer?
How many around the Country like this???
All STEALTH paperwork seems.Lots and lots I suspect, it should have been a formal letter and a paper form, it shouldn't be relying on social media as has been mentioned by @e3120.
The stupid thing is a paper form and most could have had it filled in within a few minutes.

Registration of spray operators though ?He's right on the NRoSO bit, not on this registration. The farcical NRoSO is only a requirement for Farm Assured combinables. I'm not, or ever intend to be, a member and I can sell non-assured cereals and feed them to my own farm assured livestock.
I was thinking 25 /ha not including manganese or Epso top etc.Remember this is either litres or kilogrammes and meant to be total for the year.
Perhaps someone with similar cropping has a figure.I was thinking 25 /ha not including manganese or Epso top etc.
I was just guessing at wheat in my head…Perhaps someone with similar cropping has a figure.
I'm only on Spring barley so much lower input than you I suspect.
Just an idea, my mate got his figures from his Agronomist so I'm sure yours would have a figure assuming you employ an Agronomist.I was just guessing at wheat in my head…
Well you'll know,So 25/ha works out as 10000 across my 1000 acre, doesn’t seem to far wrong if we buy a pallet of round up, pallet of adjuvant for that, pallet of avadex, couple of pallets of fungicide… who knows, it doesn’t feel miles out, If anything I’m over, will look it up properly next year, ( is this going to be more annual beaurocracy)?
If I get in trouble can always say I accidentally included some water in my calculation….
I’ve got a horrible feeling this is all so they can work out if a tax per litre is worth it.
