I’m hand stacking bales under a hot asbestos roof yet again today. 600 done this morning, 280 to go. TBH I’m really fed up of it. Walking across a mattress in stifling heat trying to get a mishapen half hundredweight building block to fit without leaving a gap. Sweat pouring off me. It’s madness really. Next year we’ll have it fully mechanised. But we always say that.

Wild-oating/rouging is wearing thin in this heat especially as I have bad hay fever. The only way I can survive is to wear an air stream helmet. 🥵. I can't even wear a tee shirt, because my arms rash. 😫

Slacken a hose connection to release pressure, much easier as a rule than splattering oil everywhere and damaging the end of the coupling.
Sound advice. The problem with folks smacking them with a hammer is the tips get shortened then they don’t open properly when connected to the tractor then more mayhem results like slow acting services or things will open but not close etc.

FedEx... Whilst I find them one of the better ones and 95% of fecking shitloads comes in with them... Their before 12 Priority now appears to be before 6 Priority.

And the tracking doesn't work as it used to since the hook-up with TNT
