take the top off and change the oil.put enough new oil in to cover the transformer and windings . obviously disconnect from power source first. that is how we did our oxford, i'm sure there will be a video on the net.

Be aware , the old oil is highly carcinogenic, do not get it on the skin under any circumstance!
