Just run it at fast tick over, work the steering, lift arms up n down and dead head the spools acouple of timesHi.
Anybody who knows if it is a way to bleed air out of the hydraulic system of an 95 8340 SLE?
Make sure to put some fresh oil on the seal when fitting the new filter. If that seal is not perfect they suck in air. Then I will try that.
It will sort itself outI think the filters are fairly new as I bought the traktor earlier this year. But I blew a hose to the front loader on Saturday. So some air is bound to get in the system when I change the hose
You need to get the oil in the loader really hot so it gets thin and can let the air work itself out.I think the filters are fairly new as I bought the traktor earlier this year. But I blew a hose to the front loader on Saturday. So some air is bound to get in the system when I change the hose
It would be no worse than letting it down with tractor not running sureYou need to get the oil in the loader really hot so it gets thin and can let the air work itself out.
When you let the loader down, first thing you will do when you start up again is lift it up and push the air at the end of pipe back into the tank. It shouldn’t be a problem but sometimes you can get a stubborn bit of air in the middle of a cylinder. Back end assistor rams are bad for it.It would be no worse than letting it down with tractor not running sure
