We run a relatively low stocking rate and take a fair bit of silage off the platform when needed. We have the whole farm available for the cows now but there are a few silage aftermaths that would be reading a higher figure than is really available. Demand would normally be 50 now but I'm chucking a fair bit of silage and cake at them now.

Today was the first time Ive put all the negative growths in a part grazed on agrinet, in the past Ive just put them in as the same as the previous week.

The paddocks we had earmarked for silage are definitely coming back in! Growth was matching demand (around 50ish) a week ago but i imagine when i go round tomorrow we'll have dipped below.

Just had some silage off off-lying ground. Not enough but we'll go again!

3 IRS today under severe interpritation, been told I need to wait for the blood results 😔
Next test will be easier for you, should be on standard read. Had 2 irs under severe on the last test. 2/140 gone on gamma last week. And 7/60 tested ond some new idex test going next week. Of the 7 going next week 6 are clear ond severe skin and gamma but failed the new idex bloods. Seems they move the goal posts all the time to get clear.

I’ve been on severe all the way through, had a second clear a few weeks back.

[/QUOTE on the third' breakdown' as they call it now here ,been on severe the first 2 tests then standard read until they get an ir then you go on severe read. They seem to have different rules for different farms. Its not too bad here seem to be down 10 months clear 6 back down for 10 and clear for six.
