Reckon they’d have £2.8m on there mind but took an effort to get from 2.1 to the 2.5. Was good to see though, up with me it’s sealed bids and all the tree money or investors with renewable’s carry on

Really hope so but it’s hard to tell would need rented acres to make it work imo. Future for a farm like that would be robotics
2 robots 130 cows, calve 40 heifers a year in a ring fence, good operation for 1 man and still have time for part time work off farm.
It looked a decent place. Was wanting to go down to the auction, but with a few things going wrong here didn't make it.
Sale ring was spilling out with people. With the buzz you’d need be strict on your bidding was buzzing a bit myself just watching

Spoken like a true Northern Irish man......
Thinking its a perfectly sensible thing to be spending 2.5 mil, to have the hassle milking cows and be looking for other work to annoy yourself with alongside it.... Top marks.
