You'll probably find that if you take the blades off, turn them upside down and put then back where they were, you'll have the new cutting edge and still be twisted the correct way.
Like that on our kuhn anyway.
I always tickle them with the grinder to sharpen a few times then reverse them once they are getting a bit out of shape, since the tips always need more sharpening they end up getting rounded back. If you do this make sure to just tickle them gently so as not to overheat them as this will make them soft, if you see the steel change colour to blue / purple tinges then youve made them too hot and changed the steel to a softer grain structure.

Can I just check something with both of you
This picture on the left shows one blade with the arrow showing the direction of travel which is clockwise and the cutting edge is at the top. The picture in the middle shows the blade as it would be if turned over and put on the other drum( i.e. the same) where it goes anti-clock wise and the cutting edge is on the bottom. The picture on the right shows the blade if turned over and left on the same drum and the cutting edge is again at the top but underneath the arrow will be pointing the wrong way,

picture on the right is correct, turn it upside down and put back on same drum, doesn't matter that edge is underneath as long as the leading edge in the direction of blade travel is the lower.Can I just check something with both of you

Wondered why our Kuhn did a poor job when we bought it, checked the blades and on every disc the leading edge was the upper.
Good professional workshop staff must be very hard to come by.

My old employer bought a lely hayzip, it did a reasonable job of kicking out the grass but the first time we used it to row up it was awful. The guy using it set it completely as the book said, we all checked it too but something wasn't right. I then looked closely at the two rotor cages which had stickers on them, in French, saying left and right. They were the wrong way round, so the dealer must have put it together incorrectly. We swapped them in the field and it was fine then. After over 20 years of reliable service and a lot work my poor old mig bit the dust yesterday 
. On the bright side I got this shiny new 3 phase 400A water cooled beast dropped off this afternoon 
. Managed to get the water cooler, trolley and 10m bridging lines a lot cheaper as they came off a hire machine but everything else new.

Looks a clean one! We ran one for 4 years, never did get to grips with the SV1/ SV2!!

Lovely car,I'm very jealous. My son in laws great friend had just bought a puppy and his wife was pregnant so what does he do but go out and buy a F type.I said to him "you haven't really thought this through"
Talking of cars I was taken out for a drive,yesterday, in a friend's new Bentley Continental Speed,a lovely car.
