I have topped up the dot 4 in the master cylinder reservoir but I have no brakes on the rear right side whereas the left is locking up. Any advice please.

You could try bleeding at the slave cylinder which is located just in front of the rear axle. However you may find that muck in the master cylinder will prevent the brake fluid flowing. Also make sure the adjustment is correct, there is a 11/16 nut in the same area as the slave cylinder. Do both brakes lock if you pull the handbrake up?

No, other side between the fuel tank and axle,

Yes the slacken that and brake fluid/air will run from the nipple, get someone to press the pedle untill fluid is free of bubbles/air
Also, is there an adjustment anywhere which can be made on the brake shoes? Thanks

i used to bleed from the brake cylinder with a clean oil can back to the master cylinder if that does not work it may be master cylinder seals does it have trailer brake valve ?
They are discs not shoes but yes, just above the slave cylinder there is a threaded rod with either 2 half nuts locked together or a nyloc nut.

Sorted the left side with a brake bleeding pump but can’t get anything on the right side any ideas?
