Please please please don’t keep posting pics of good samples. We need the price to rise not go down. You know it makes sense.

Marfona normally are like a forest and really hard to stop. I usually let them get too big.
Won't be needing to open them up with any desiccant this year.
The soil hasn't been wet since the day they were planted. Can still see the fert in the ridges. And I don't know what temperatures they can stand but they are that warm that I reckon they are cooking in the ground

Where abouts are you Fubar? We only had 12mm of rain the 4 wks before planting, but surprisingly we had 50mm in June,3mm in July and nothing so far this month. Like I said I think I’ve been round 10 times with the irrigator. On the hills they are still dry in places! I guess the irrigating has helped? But they’ve never been wet. It just seems to disappear within a day.

Herefordshire. We were getting bits and bobs in June that was keep them going and in late June they were looking really promising. But since then we've barely had anything. We're in a rain shadow . Places just few miles around us have had a lot more. Next door neighbour had 12mm in one storm. We had 2mm.

Iv got to ask as iv seen people on here giving off about ahdb. Mabe its because im from ni and its not a thing here but until i joined this forum id never heard tell of them. So what is the bill for? Does all farmers have to pay them or is it a member thing? And if so whats the benefit to being a member? Sorry if i sound stupid for asking but was just curious
