Sorry Mods posted here so everyone can see! What is she thinking about farming and the countryside? Anyone in constituency had her on farm? Does she take an interest in it? Can someone get close to ask her some questions?

Have a feeling she will say what we would want to hear but actions speaks louder than words & the trade deals she has done should tell you all you need to know!

Theresa May number 2 or Mr tape Worm.
What a choice!

Neither of them will last 5 minutes and will certainly not be Prime Minister after the next General Election

Never in the History of the Conservative Party have there been 2 less PM potential candidates than ever before!
WTF is going on?
Because basically this current lot of wannabes were gifted power by FPTP even though almost 57% of those who voted didn’t vote for them.

The whole rotten system needs a good old shake up on all sides.

Nearly as bad as the Tory media’s ‘Dream Team’ of Lord Snooty and Mad Nad.

A couple of months or so ago there were plenty shouting on this Forum that absolutely anyone would make a better PM than Borris.

Name the last PM that supported farmers ? Probably have to go back to the 1950's. And even then, that was only because the nation was near starvation during and post WW2.
Let's be honest, if coal mining, ship building, car manufacturing, steel production, etc, etc wasn't cherished, why should farming ?
Because there is absolutely one this that everybody has to do to survive, including all Prime Ministers: Eat food!

Having said that, Labour governments tend to have treated farmers a lot better that Tory ones.
Except when Margaret Becket was at Defra!

We know that, but 99% of the population have been brain washed into thinking farming ruins the planet, and food comes from Tesco. Those in government believe food can either be imported, or manufactured in a factory.
The end is nigh IMO.
