We know that, but 99% of the population have been brain washed into thinking farming ruins the planet, and food comes from Tesco. Those in government believe food can either be imported, or manufactured in a factory.
The business side may do better under labour so your ok if a tenant but if they are proper labour they will screw you on asset taxes !
