I had quite a bit of 23% wheat this time - full of green grains etc.
I spread it out about 4' deep blew it constantly with ambient air for a week - the top felt solid to walk on.
Moved it to the other side and pushed it up and it blew it a bit more and it was dry in a couple of days and walked...

yes I could put them on a pallet- I think they would overhang significantly
I was thinking of £1500 for the undamaged one and £500 for the repaired one so £2000 for the pair - they have 55mm of tread on them so not worn much
New ones are £2300 each !

I could probably weld some bits of scrap on but don’t really want to spoil the plough
There were some tiny cracks in the compound on the surface of the sidewall repair- now they're off and I can see the inside of the patch I can see the repair is fine- I think the compound they used to fill the surface defect does crack with age and tyre flexion.
We move the combine 32 miles on...
