He has a few issues with mental health. Bipolar I think. Lovely lad on a good day, can be a bit aggressive on a bad day

    I hate weekends!

We used to have a pair of young nurses who rented a cottage next to my hill lambing fields. They had moved out to the country to ”further their relationship “ in peace. They spent hours out in the garden stark naked and apparently totally stoned any time the weather was clement. They were...

National Trust destroys decades-old Bassenthwaite grassland

Right on the money @Gator . 30 years ago or so the RSPBbought a big farm on the peat on the island of Islay off the west coast of Scotland. It was home to a cracking herd of suckler cows and some very rare and endangered species of birds, hence the desire of RSPB to own this farm . Cows were...

    Ewes not opening up

I’m getting the same. Ewes in good nick, and grazing decent grass, but many just not slackening off. Lambs are properly presented and toes peeping out but no way the ewe will push them out. Leaving for an hour making no difference. Having to just get them lubed and pulled out

    Farms for sale

I know a fella not far from here in his mid 70’s, only got to be a signatory of the cheque book 2 years ago, when his mother in her late 90’s took unwell. Unsurprisingly the place is well run down

    Farms for sale

I know 2 families that sold up in this neck of the woods and bought in Canada in the late 80’s /early 90’s. Both had what looked like decent grain / stock farms of a good size. Neither family are still farming. Extremes of weather and family not settling or pulling together did for them both.

    Sinking ship?

If they do see the truth, and I’m not convinced they do because they’ve all got their eyes and ears shut, they just won’t accept it because it doesn’t fit with the narrative they are determined to shove down the throats of the masses

    Sinking ship?

Can you cut and paste and send over to Blue Peter. Might help them with their stated intention of educating the next generation 😡

    Smart shot

Never had any issues. Used it for several years, just warm it up in some lukewarm water after bringing out of the fridge.
