Use less resources, produce less and remember the environment

I've said it often enough. Alway amusing to read the "kind" far left nutters swearing and threatening violence at the "Right whingers". Probably the worst website on the internet for failing to censor hate.

    Wheat into orbit

The opposite has happened last year with Canada droughts and the failure of pulse crops - which would have put Nitrogen in the ground.

Use less resources, produce less and remember the environment

Yeah I remember we had this conversation before. I kinda think you might be right. But ... I recon they are definately getting something out of £9 Billion. I bet a few £100million at the very least gets shunted into Royal Family estates.

Use less resources, produce less and remember the environment

On the otherside of the coin "some people", in fact the usual people, are making a killing. https://www.theguardian.com/business/2021/oct/23/crown-gives-go-ahead-to-rival-net-zero-carbon-north-sea-schemes

    Wheat into orbit

I don't think it has been realised what is happening. If the Southern hemisphere doesn't produce a good "Normal" crop with whatever fertiliser is to hand, then prices really need to rise quite a bit. But I don't see anyone realising that food is more important than toys, holidays, new cars...

    Wheat into orbit

If there is higher demand than normal. Then the only way that can be rectified is an increase in supply. But that isn't happening - even the politics isn't there to support an increase in supply. In the case of China they are reducing supply. So I think we'll see a reduced supply of food next year.

    Wheat into orbit

Weird isn't it ? Going from enough to not enough within one year. Common factor being the move out of Coal in the West.

    Wheat into orbit

Not the question though is it .. what's gonna happen to Fert in the coming year all over the world - because that has a direct effect on supply. I don't see any solutions on the Natural Gas front - yet. BoJo is also gonna tax NG.

    Wheat into orbit

But what will the price of Nitrogen be in the future ? Even will there be enough next year ?

    Wheat into orbit

Well that depends on Nitrogen supply into next year really - around the world. A lot could happen with currency movements for a whole host of reasons. COP26, USA, China, Russia and Taiwan. Where is Gas going to come from to depress prices ? I do wonder if certain forces have been mobilsed to...

    British Farming Awards tonight

Will the guys from RT be there ? And if so, are you taking some rotten tomatoes ?

    What happens in the future?

So where has all the CO2 absorption of trees on farmland gone ? Attributted to "Forestry".

    What happens in the future?

So what do I mean about not having any -ve CO2 figures for agriculture ? Well it goes on like this, infact there are MORE items for agriculture than any other sector all emitting CO2.

    What happens in the future?

There are LOTS of calcuations in the document produced yesterday - for example 3 at least for each animal produced in agriculture. Yet I didn't see any -ve CO2 calculations - despite the forestry industry being credited as -ve. I think we seeing plenty of misdirection and wool pulling. I bet...

Someone let the cat out of the bag…..

Also need to remember that Monbiot comes from the aristocracy in France. He's allegance is with the upper classes. I feel that the environmental movement is all about moving power back into the hands of the upper classes - this the group which has positioned itself to take power, suppress the...

Someone let the cat out of the bag…..

What amazes me about Monbiot is that he advocates making "food pills" from factories - getting nutrients from "Somewhere". Yet he's had Cancer. One of the biggest causes of Cancer being processed food. I think he must be mentally ill.

Someone let the cat out of the bag…..

You'll have to point out the "good stuff" on the BBC. In the past decade the majority is pure bile and rubbish. In fact it's so weak and incorrect at times it's embarrasing. I'll always remember Jeremy Paxman and the then IT Zar for HMG having an interview where both of them knew nothing about IT.

Someone let the cat out of the bag…..

The latest policies being put forward by Boris Johnson come from the United Nations. Climate Change and Rewilding were adopted many years ago. As were mass immigration policies. Rewilding - which includes moving populations from the Countryside into Towns and Cities - is Agenda 21.

Someone let the cat out of the bag…..

Well hopefully you now realise why you shouldn't fill them in. They are used against you or sold to others to make money out of you.
