    Missed a ball

My Sussex bullocks are around 10 / 11 months old, and one is looking a bit bull like, and has a definite lump in the testicle area. I reckon I somehow missed a ball when I was ringing him or it slipped up somehow, so he still has a testicle but no scrotum. What should I do about this? Leave it...

Was going to get a friend to instruct me but didn't because of the self isolation, so just went at it. And what did I find? It was...

    Weed suppressant membrane

Hi, I'm planting up a small area (about 10 x 20 m) of permanent pasture with fruit bushes (blackcurrant, gooseberry, rasberry) just for the family and glampers. I was going to put that woven black weed suppressant membrane over the area and plant the bushes through it so I don't have to spend...

    Deportation to jamaica

Bit of controversy over deporting a plane load of convicted criminals who don't have British citizenship back to Jamaica. My initial reaction is good send them back, but maybe I'm too right wing and reactionary. Some of them been here since childhood apparently so can sort of see it's quite...

    Tafe tractors

Anyone come across this make? They seem to be very similar to the old MF35, made in India. They look like they would be good for a simple scraper or for feeding round bales.

Cow with calf, can I stop milking

I run a small herd of beef cattle but went a bit crazy and bought a single jersey cow with a 6 week old calf a few weeks ago. The calf is with the cow 24 hrs a day, and I’ve been getting the cow in every morning and hand milking a couple of pints of milk just for my own supply. The calf takes...
