Need to replace the bearing on the roller which the door hinges on. The spacer doesn't seem to be able to be hit back any to reveal anymore of...

    Lime- Slurry

Thanks, looks like I'll make sure and get the slurry on the stubbles and lime on the ploughing.

    Lime- Slurry

yes, first choice would be to put the lime on top of the ploughing, but with my heavy stuff it can be only a matter of a day after the plough between it being too wet to travel and it drying like concrete, so on top of stubble would have been handy.

    Lime- Slurry

Can I spread lime on top of my stubbles and maybe a week later follow with pig slurry infront of the plough, or did I read somewhere there is a reaction between lime and slurry?

Anyone known of an issues with JR Firby?

I'm not saying the op is right or wrong but I suppose we can all have a bad experience with any dealer/person regardless of reputation. I bought a near new Kuhn plough off a dealer who everyone rants and raves about. when the plough turned up it was missing the 2 cross-shaft pins and the top...
