I’m planning on going tomorrow. If anyone is passing Fowlnere airfield at around 1030, I’ll swap a nice bottle of Merlot for a lift in…! It’s only about 5 minutes drive away from the show, but a 25 minute walk.

If you do, whack it just before a wet spell, with plenty of N under it. It’ll still fail, but at least we can’t tell you that you sid something wrong. :-)

@willy - the recommendation is to have row spacing as close as possible with spring wheat due to it not tillering anything like winter wheat. I’d say the Vaddy is your best bet. I’ve put in 240 acres of Cochise in the last 2 weeks. Another 100 to go in before end of Feb.

Has anyone tried either of these two legs/tubes from APM? I like the hard facing on the side of one, and the bolt-on side wall on the other. For me, these are appealing due to the wear level I get in my stone. I haven’t used either of them, and am just considering it. Just wondering if anyone...

I had a dreadful experience with Fibrophos from start to finish.I really don’t know why people bother. Dreadful stuff, dreadful people, and dreadful results.

I’m sure you would, but I’d also love your soil’s ability to retain moisture in a drought and give 10 tph of wheat year in, year out!
