ok yes fair enough but we dont seem to have a bother with them here as they are sea otters and eat crabs in the estuary. Nobody has fish ponds up here. They do bother the cages in the fish farms though . Maybe best to leave the otters and pine Martin up here as they are not a bother .
we have loads of pine Martin up here.So that's really weird if they want to re introduce them as they are already here. They like hens. By the way bird flu is taking quite a number of sea eagles. Otters are here too and not a problem not sure what you mean by that. Wolves I dont like, I was...
M and S ‘scotch’ steaks constantly the best for flavour . Their organic range is dry and no sweetness and their Angus range is very hit and miss . Worst steak I had recently was from a butcher in skipton . Looked up the butcher on the net and it had pictures of natives .
its still raining .... its breaking me now ! especially when I know I would only have to drive 100 miles to be in the sun. Anyone want to buy 45 ha croft and a very popular 14 pitch caravan site or swap for land and cottage anywhere away from here . Tourists looking miserable...
They are getting old now . Just gradually getting them away . I’ve only three left but one is a great cow and she will stay here .used to outwinter but built a shed and life’s easier for me. So why not keep a few better cows that you get more for their calves .
Hilly it Costs the exact same to feed as the sim luings and the luings . And they like a bite of heather too. Don’t knock it until you try it . I’ve luings and sim luings give me more hassle than the good cows and get less for them cull
What’s that meant to mean . My good cows are money in the bank to me. I’ll get a lot more when I do a dispersal if their genetics than I would if I had a load of shite cattle
well less than 3 if you count the one that's on her, always get £1000 to 1100 for any calves by his bull and £900 to 1000 for subsequent calves ay 9 months. And always a chance of them making a lot more if heifer calves
