    Financing a secondhand tractor

If your a one man band like myself an extra tractor is still probably cheaper than an extra body/wage to find. If this frees up your time then all the better. Although money wise it might not be the best use but whats the point in having money if it doesn't make your life easier/better

    New toy day

Some kind of home made cap? Or can you buy off the shelf? A good cross shape with the full whack would beat most setups

    Jeremy's Treibewagen

No doubt twice the price now with steel cost but could you give a rough idea on cost? How does walking them in it go when going round corners etc is there much tripping etc or just go at walking pace?

    Farm digger uses

This looks a quick way to unload/handle bales. Would it be much of a job to have a bale grab, do you plug into breaker line presuming it has that?

    Farm digger uses

This is the kind of thing I'm thinking off. If it's parked up in a good spot must be handy for lifting. What kind of height/weight can u lift? Was thinking with a set of pallet forks would be good for loading/unloading lorry's even

    Farm digger uses

Yes timeliness of a lot of these jobs is worth a bit I'd say such as getting stuck. All ring fenced here so would just be tracking about however slowly. If your not on the hire clock then does that matter if it takes a while? Handier bucket with no teeth?

    Farm digger uses

Thinking of getting a 13/14 tonne ish digger. Is there anyone running anything similar that have found "extra" uses for it rather than just digging. Obviously loading muck would be a start but what about handling bales, loading bags of fert/seed, putting in fence posts etc. Probably just looking...

    Best small ATV

Saw a Polaris phoenix 200 today which looked ok. Lead time 5/6 months unfortunately. Dealer has the youth ranger 150 in-stock to be built which he said can be used by adults. Mite be too much of a compromise however and I reckon will be slow. This all mite send me over to the Jimmy/car off road...

    Best small ATV

After my last quad got stolen I'm after a replacement. It was a can am 250 which was ideal for what I needed - road legal and fast for chasing sheep/cattle. Any recommendations or is everyone buying these big 1000cc jobs or utvs? I just need something that can zip about and save walking...

    New holland t6050 ploughing draft

Looking to resurrect this thread as having issues setting my TSA 135 for tined levelling harrow. Following the tips here and what the manual says I can't get it to stay in work position. Every time I speed up it lifts the whole implement. Tried every setting in every position and I'm scratching...
