    Remove dpf inners and remap. It’s a common problem, Isuzu aren’t much help. Lee Hare on the Facebook Isuzu owners group can sort you out.

    Had the same issue with an Isuzu Dmax, tried additives and giving it a blow out, but not a long term solution for me. Removed the inners of the dpf and remapped. Be good so far.

    Took the truck back to the dealer yesterday. They changed the oil, as there was too much in the truck. Found the turbo wasn’t boosting, so repaired the vacuum line (blocked/kinked). Forced a slow regen Removed and checked egr. Charged £226.67 plus vat. Picked it up, drove 10 minutes and regen...
