I have been trying to find a 6"+ diameter Gate Wheel/castre to go on a couple of track entrance gates where the surface is far from smooth. No joy on googling as yet....
Plenty of 4" about, but experience show that they are not adequate.
Any pointers please?

Apparently, the massive plume of black smoke was a stand of conifers near the old Hangars. Looked like rubber and machinery from down here in Longdon on Tern! No machinery caught, thank goodness.
Walkers at High Ercall. "Big and Scarey" was how it was described to me... Crop and stubble I believe.
6 engines in attendance, 6 cultivators with neighbours creating fire breaks! Could see it from a distance, a little white wisp of smoke, then 5 mins later it was a massive black plume.

Amazing how deep the Chicory rooting must have got.... I have seen the same here. The "aftermath" 4 weeks after a light grazing consists of a some chicory leaves...
More grass on the lawn, than any fields on the farm. My flushing paddock looks decidedly ropey!

Thank goodness I lobbed off one field as I felt it would go over before I got to graze it. The rest of the HL look very, very sad. It will interesting to see if they recover.
I agree with that. I had to arrange the funeral of a distant Aunt as I was executor and general dogsbody following her death. Eccentric character.
