EU Is Now Deaf To Their Coming Defeat!! Tom Luongo: Author

Just thought that was an interesting correlation to the percentage that voted for Brexit.😳

Like them or not, neither Boris nor DC are thick; I think it must have been pretty obvious that SJ would resign given such an ultimatum, so the presumption must be that they wanted him gone and acted accordingly. That begs the question of why... In answer to that, I think it was one of or a...

Yep, as we've been told many times, when the ad-hominem attacks start they already know they've lost. :ROFLMAO:

EU Is Now Deaf To Their Coming Defeat!! Tom Luongo: Author

Pro-Eu articles the only ones for you eh? :ROFLMAO: Yep, that's you and Emily 'thicky' Thornberry united in your views. How lucky we all are that you both have so much influence and are of such relevance in the country... :giggle:

Work 'under way' into Scotland-Northern Ireland bridge feasibility

I'm not, it's simple political reality. Boris won't have to pay for it, and - like all previous governments - he has the public purse and it's effectively bottomless. Economically it's double-edged, but it's a political fact that they want big, visible evidence that they're putting money into...

Probably no tolls since the whole point is to connect two parts of the UK, levelling the field, uniting.

No. I think you being too daft to admit when left-wing dogma is patently wrong and constantly trying to pin the blame for everything on those who have been economically successful makes you a whinging lefty. (y) Out of interest, because it's relevant, are you a tenant or freehold arable farmer...

    A G Street farming books

Anthony Hopkins was in a film called 'Heartland' about a Welsh farmer that ended with him carrying a gun around, much more modern though.

Will they get the job done

I don't recall him stating that, but if he did he was entirely wrong, you write it too. ;)

Not annoyed, amused. (y) Are you a British tax-payer? I don't need to justify spending money on strengthening links across the Union, it's worth is self-evident, unless you're a wannabe Frenchman who's sulking like hell because of Brexit, and always will be.... :ROFLMAO: I heard Boris being...

    A G Street farming books

I like Bell's style of writing, although he does come across as a 'frightful' snob sometimes. Hmm... I finished reading Henderson's book a little while ago... hmm... interesting, but he does seem a colossal know-all, not just in farming, but in everything! I've nothing against someone claiming...

Work 'under way' into Scotland-Northern Ireland bridge feasibility

What a f^cking stupid question... it's for the same reason that London funds Bridgend, or Paris funds Quimper. The sad thing is that if you don't know this already, you probably can't understand why. :woot: That'll be part of the same string of lies that includes the Left telling us that...

    My cattle handling setup.

Two scoops? We have a scoop and it's great, but two seems a bit over-complicated. If there is a bar above the preferred head-level, the beast can't move its head up anyway. Our crush has a bar with holed plates at either end, that allows it to be set higher or lower as required.* *Regardless...

An implicit call for the ROI to re-join the UK? Not in the classical sense, but I do now advocate and always have advocated the country and its wealth working for the country as a whole; not bits of it such as London, Cardiff, Manchester, Glasgow or Belfast, but all of it. Call that socialism...

ROI politics - will Varadkar win the election?

Interesting, I've been thinking that they only had one, but were too quick with the memory erase button...

Come off it, that's the old fall-back for those who don't like the idea of something. But it falls down very quickly because the same could be said about any number of projects of other publicly funded things. Some people don't like the armed forces, some think that privately funded medicine or...

A table, a bl**dy obvious and simple luxury! :) We used U bolts, but ours is outdoors and when the stokbords expanded in the sun there was no 'give', so we had a couple of splits. Now we use cable ties and have not had the same problem.
