You need a supervisors blue ticket to make a traffic plan up for said world. You also need to apply for permits from the council for the lights to be installed. Reckon you would need stupidly high premium insurance and public liability.
went on a course recently and you have to be well above...
because job satisfaction is as important to some people as wages are.
I would love to still work in core ag sector but I just can’t afford to for the life I want.
you wouldn’t still be farming if you didn’t love it
must be slightly different down south but you would never find anything like those wages in the north. Maybe it’s on different scales but there is a shortage of ag workers round here for one reason.
can’t blame paying sh!t wages on a sh!t market. Make your farm more efficient to make staff happier if that’s the case.
won’t be producing any crops without staff if the blame is always on the market
not saying yourself personally, meant as an industry.
put yourself in he position of a farm worker….. working for £10 an hour whilst trying to save £20,000 for a deposit for a house whilst still paying for rent at £600 a month whilst providing for their family and trying to enjoy life.
a lot of farmers are selfish and think they are being hard...
Half the problem with planning and people getting in trouble is that you can’t understand what you need and you can’t approach the council for answer due to cut backs
that clears it up a lot! Thank you very much George for the clarity on the subject. Did think it was full planning, just didn’t know what I would have to apply for.
With change of use,Is it based on that one area of land? So say a quarter of an acre, is that all that is classed as change of use?
I did read through that but it doesn’t relate to my situation at all. It’s more about converted buildings.
I have asked my planning consultant for advice
got some old stone gate posts to go in
If they say anything about the gateway I’ll tell come pick up all the litter and discarded condom wrappers from the lay-by
hi Rob, hope you are well
I am going to do the background work and going to offer my sister to do the day to day running of the shop.
few vending machines round here doing well but I would never be able to afford the amount to keep up with demand maybe
