Was in the same position as yourself and I got myself a really nice 3120 with dynashift gearbox. Was going to sell the 3080 but now thinking of keeping it and doing it up as it's all in original condition and drives really well. I would also consider a 3095 or 6265 or a 6270. Have a 6265 also...
Seen this on eBay. Might do your job. Not sure if it's 12volt or 24volt coils you need. They do have both. It's all double acting but it's easy to change to single acting by simply connecting either the A or B port on the sections you want to make single acting back to the T port. Hope this helps
Never realised you could fit dual wheels onto a kramer. Thought they would catch if you turned full lock. I've a 480 here and use it to put in our grass. It can struggle if the clamp gets too high but it's much better than using the tractor. Would definitely do a better job if duals could be...
Go for the 6265. Much better tractor than the 372. Dynashift gearbox, far better engine with more power and a big comfortable cab. I have one here from new and it's been bullet proof. Much much better tractor than our 390T
I work in a AD plant. Our feed stock is 100% food waste. Everything that is fed into our AD tanks is all pasteurised. The digestate that is produced goes through a vibrating screen which removes the plactics. We pay hauliers to draw it off site to the farmers tanks. We are pas110 accredited. We...
I've a massey 35 which is used every day but every couple other month it will jam itself into reverse. Easy enough fix remove the oil filler plug and with a screw driver and push gear selector forward. Any way question is why is it happening here. Assume something is worn and needs replacing
Anyway don't get me wrong here. I much rather spend a day in the 4709 than my 18/6 390T. Really do like that gearbox and don't really miss the splitter. Definitely a lot easier on the left leg not having to use the clutch
Need single acting for tipping trailers, the mower and slurry pump. No float position and no valve for changing it to single acting same as the 390/3080.
If I could take the 3pt linkage controls and swap them with the 390T for me would make it perfect. Don't like the the fact that when you get out of the cab the pto stops. Makes it pretty useless with the slurry pump on the back. Oh nearly forgot a single acting spool valve would heip too. Why...
I bought a 4709 last year new. £37500. Wet clutch electronic linkage full set of front weights. They are available with a dry clutch but your better off with the wet one as u can change gears without having to use the clutch
We had a 3080 with the same box and never had any issues with it until one day lost the B range without any warning. As you can guess it required a gearbox rebuild. Only advice I can give is when changing from the A to B range and vice versa is to have the other gearstick in neutral
