Had a Kemppi Beta for years, thought it was a great mask but eventually it died.. got replaced in a hurry with a Parkside out of Lidl. Now the Parkside wouldn't feel anywhere near as good, BUT it is one very handy feature that would never make me reach for the Kemppi again... it has an LED...
Anyone know where to get a front cab suspension airbag for a Fendt 720 at reasonable money? Ours is leaking out of the quick release fitting and unfortunately it’s the fitting, not the pipe. We have tried using instant gasket and silicone as a bodge but can’t get it to hold, dealer says a new...
Well we ended up buying a new KV ES85-200 5f on no.28 boards, single disc, big depth wheel, hydraulic variwidth and hydraulic front furrow. Might sound mad for our acres, but second hand stuff holding very strong money and will inevitably need money spent on it, so I felt the cost of ownership...
Have two ploughs picked out, one on standard depth wheel and the other with the wider tractor tyre type wheel, would you say the wider depth wheel is an advantage in sticky conditions (especially when ploughing down freshly spread liquid manure)
How would this compare to an ES85-200? Seems well enough priced for a 2018 plough

🟨 Lemken Juwel 5 Furrow Plough 🟨Ready for Work!!
Read on another forum: Buying a Lemken plough is a bit like buying one of those cheap printers with extortionate ink refills
Any truth in that?
Seems that KV on 28’s might be the best all rounder, unless it gets sticky
We sent two of ours that needed attention to auction and just bought a new one. Told auction house that one had a cracked cylinder and to sell as spares, he didn’t bother to mention it in the advert, both sold.. we previously enquired about getting the other one looked at and concluded it was...
No no no thread hasn’t gone off topic yet keep it open! 🤣
But aye, anyone who knows of a decent KV 5f hydraulic vari on 28 boards fire them forward for approval
When the weather isn’t in your favour you can never have too much fire power. Surely 200hp on a 4f is a bit mismatched
Yes could do but not keen on tramping the field if it can be avoided. It’s the bottom third of a 15 acre stretch across the field which has a severe slope on it so would be a...
If it's an auto reset as opposed to shear bolts, can a leg still be dropped off easily enough?
Both have 4 spools
That looks like a contender! Edit: Just seen it's not auto reset
Funny my dad says 14" better for drainage, but 16" seems to be the norm around here. It's a fair difference...
Can the rear furrow be dropped off certain ploughs to take them down to a 4 furrow? We have one field which is incredibly steep across the final 5 acres and contractors have always made a bit of a mess on it. I would nearly consider a 4+1 just for that reason as it is a total pig to plough...
KV on 28 boards seems to be the plough of choice around here, easy to get parts and easy to sell. Can't find one at the moment second hand but was told around £32k brand new which is far more than I am happy spending.
I have been offered a 2017 Lemken Juwel 7 on BS40 slats, been through...

What size of hedge cutter would a T5 handle? Never owned a hedge cutter before and know nothing about them.
Thinking on getting one for own use at golf course. Hedges aren’t that big and are all currently cut using a hand operated Stihl hedge trimmer. Something tractor mounted would free guys...
