Yes if you take the cover off down the right hand side of the seat and look where the spool valve control cables come in their will be some spare holes to run more cables in with little blanking plugs in them.

Yes when theirs no dust the cardboard can bind on the cones after a while a bit of talcum powder or even some dust stops it binding, taking springs of can effect how the net spreads.

Mine does the same thing in silage early on then as it gets later in the season it works perfectly just put a bit of talk on and it’s ok usually sometimes have to adjust the net tale a bit longer.

Raise the net brake up and check it’s nice and smooth where it sits on the net roll then if that’s ok get some talk and put a bit in the ends of the cardboard core of the net roll where it sits on the cones, they sometimes do this early on in silage later in the season theirs plenty of pollen...

Sounds like the net brake is to tight.
