hi I own a VW T6 and I find the T6 forum really helpful i believe that theres a dedicated T5 forum. There’s a lot of VW knowledgeable people on it along with a few strokers, worth a try
I tried to clean my 4000 tank by various means rather a pain in the —- I fitted a pipe into the tap which lifted the level which worked for a while, but I eventually fitted a new tank problem sorted. Should have fitted a new tank at the start.
when I tried a pressure washer it cleaned a lot of...
I started work as an apprentice 8th August 1968 for a Ford Ransomes dealer during the first week I accompanied one of the service guys out to a Ransomes 801, the front pulley on the engine had worked loose and damaged both the crank and the pulley the mean old farmer had us bodge the pulley back...
The mojo 3D is capable of being used as an update on an old Mojo Console re Michael above however it can be used as a stand alone unit with options for steering etc.
Pinpoint offers support in the uk 07551 908595 and I believe Spaldings are resellers
The 3D can be used for steering and mapping it far more advanced than the old Mojo console which Michael mentions. Support in the uk is via Pinpoint below, I believe Spaldings are still resellers
I’d find an old carpet and use it for spraying on try and keep it fairly clean recently sprayed a car body on an earth floor, really helps keeping the dust down
In the late 1970s early 1980s I worked for Watveare who sold shed loads of BVL block cutters, the continuous chain type. They produced a marvellous job but fairly slow, they didn’t like our silage or silage clamps So we ended up with a huge modification program I recall twenty odd at one dealer...
My point was that the Ford company was far greater in all of its parts financially than Ferguson could dream of. If your just talking about a name on a bonnet in agriculture I’d agree with you but that’s all it is a name, some manufacturing facilities and heritage.
Just compare the net worth of...
I’d say Ford has won, the company is obviously huge and global, while Ferguson fell out with David Brown, Ford and I believe the relationship with Banner Lane didn’t go that well. However it shows Ford Junior in a poor light.
Just imagine had they of had a proper contract and Henry Ford lived...

Certainly looks frightening to me yet another youth with Silage trailer (I’ve pre judged him but watch the footage)
Maybe more HGV type training / test or even use HGVs rather than tractors.
An industry that needs to get a grip on this...
In the late 1970s or early 1980s we demonstrated Fahr (in red) combines to Doubledays from memory we had high expectations for sales, obviously didn’t happen I can’t recall if they sold any machines. I remember them being great to work with even then.

while tractor sales are tiny compared to the 50s to 80s there’s still a fairly big number for a small area.
Recall seeing a tweet from David Walston with a clip showing the tractor leaving Triplow in the condition it showed in the e bay add, Germany is my guess but who knows

A friend fitted a new lift pump to his Land Rover it’s only had e10 in the tank since and the lift pump valves are shot, all in a fairly short time so both of us will use e5 or an additive. It’s not worth the hassle for the slight saving.
