Anyone got any experience with an UF2002 with integrated front tank and how it works. Thinking my 2nd hand sprayer isnt quite right. So when I'm filling it transfers to the front, but only stops transferring to the front once it reaches a critical fill point of 1600 litres not at 1500l , then...
Hydraulic auto reset, transport wheel, press arm, discs.. a 6155 wouldn't look at it. will lift it but not all the way, will tho with a jerk of the brakes to help throw it up. Lift capacity reduces the higher you lift with the geometry of the rockshaft and toplink.
Policies I run
No pets in tractors,
Must get 8 hrs sleep per 24hrs
No riding on steps of tractors
No lifting person in the grain bucket
Nobody in standing about in sheds when forklift is operating.

Ram end looked fine when it was bushed but now wondering if it is slightly splayed in the back of the hole. Done all the bushes in the links tho there is about 6mm gap at the side of the tilt ram in the cast link, could this link be spring slightly?
Forklift does get a sore life loading...
I've a manitou 634 that keeps breaking the pin on piston end of the tilt ram.. Bushes have been replaced 7 months ago when it broke the last one and yesterday it snapped it again.. it is noticable that the pin is bending in the fork linkage before it breaks. Any suggestions?

I'm looking into modernising my grain plant on the control board side of things, Running elevators and conveyors through 3 control panels (relay logic) at the moment and would like to look into streamlining this into one PLC touch screen. Has anyone done this and could recommend a company to be...
