Awesome news! I'm really wishing I had never seen this machine. It definitely turns in the middle not the wheels like my JCB. I'll have to see if I can find numbers on the machine, the only plate is the cab serial number maybe have to have a scrape around to find something stamped on to it.

Ok so I can't see serial numbers anywhere so i've looked out the V5 Serial number 131073 I was pretty sure that it looked like someone had messed about with the valve! typical farmer fix, but although I need to replace it is that what would cause the issue? or do I need to be looking at...

It's a 2000 model, serial plate is damaged so I would have to dig out the log book. The ram is slow to tilt downward and has no power (won't pick the machine up) all other movement is normal speed.
