Infact most of the villages in Herefordshire where small developments have
taken place have not benefited and executive houses built with no affordability element.

A lot of new housing has only been available due to new roads ,infrastructure
paid for by the tax payers .The uplift in value has been fat too generous to the

A lot of riverside flood plains have been ploughed up over the last 40 years
surely it's a gamble by the grower .lots of failed crops on higher ground from
