We had a 27-7 and had same problem, was a shearbolt between engine and gears

we got a fixed topper and was ok at first but now really wishing we got a offset flail instead, the topper is slow and constantly breaking pto shear bolts on anything other than perfectly level ground, also been fixed behind you run all the grass down first with wheels so you end up reversing...

Had the dealers out again and finally this time they found a fault code when checking the diagnostics, turns out to be the red pto stop button on rear fender as a lot of you mentioned. Haven't used pto since they fixed it but hopefully this should have sorted the problem. Thankyou to everyone...

not sure on mf lift capacity but it is physically a much bigger tractor even though no real power difference. the deutz and trailer is just over 10 tonne when on the scales but mf with same trailer is just over 12

Thanks, we did have 1 switch replaced at back but cant remember if it were emergency stop or the on/off switch. Will get new switch and also check connections on back of it

Thanks, will take it apart and give it a good clean and see if all connections are tight
